These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by LeonExpress (“LeonExpress,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) as a user of our website leonexpress.ca, mobile applications, and other platforms (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided
   LeonExpress is a Toronto-based company offering handyman and installation services. We specialize in residential and commercial furniture assembly, TV mounting, smart home device setup, and general handyman tasks. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, professional service that meets your needs with satisfaction guaranteed.
2. Service Terms and Conditions
   a. Availability and Scheduling
   Services are available during regular business hours. Appointments may be scheduled through our website, e-mail, by phone, or via text message. We make every effort to accommodate preferred times, but availability is not guaranteed.

b. Estimates
Free estimates are provided based on the details you share. Final pricing may be adjusted after on-site assessment, depending on job complexity or material requirements.

c. Pricing and Payments
Prices are based on the scope of work, materials, and time required. We accept credit cards, cash, and e-transfers. Payment must be made as soon as the job is completed unless otherwise agreed in writing via email or text message. Any delay in payment without prior written agreement will be subject to a late fee of $25 per day until the balance is paid in full.

d. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $50. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel in cases of emergencies, unsafe conditions, or severe weather.

e. Materials and Equipment
LeonExpress will provide all necessary tools and basic materials unless agreed otherwise. If you prefer to supply your own materials, please let us know in advance.

f. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate job information and a safe, accessible working environment. Please remove any fragile or valuable items from the work area. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.

3. Limitations of Liability
   a. Property Damage
   We take care to avoid damage, but accidents can happen. LeonExpress is not liable for incidental damages unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

b. Personal Injury
Safety is our priority. LeonExpress is not liable for injuries occurring on-site unless due to our negligence.

c. Indemnification
You agree to hold LeonExpress harmless against any claims, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or third-party rights violations.

4. Intellectual Property
   All content on our website or marketing materials—including text, logos, photos, and software—is owned by LeonExpress or its licensors and protected by law. Do not copy, distribute, or modify this content without written permission.
5. Modifications to the Terms
   We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the new Terms.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
   These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
